In near my house  I decided to go with this company base on the google reviews. Our roof was just completed this week 4/23/24.  I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experienced. They came highly recommended to me and didn't disappoint. They had the right color roofing tiles. They got the old roof off without difficulty, put the new one on and when they were done you wouldn't know they were here. We have a dog so I was particularly fussy. We added a new attic fan which tripped our circuit breaker and Hernan (owner) sent someone the very next day. He came too. Balmor Construciton has been a great help and I can’t recommend this company enough.  Our gutters had been cleaned by another company and after charging us an unbelievable amount just for a cleaning they told us our gutters were not pitched properly and couldn’t be fixed, but had to be replaced. We were quoted over $1000 to replace just our front side gutter. We called Balmor Construction for a second opinion and to our delight they were able to fix our existing gutters and saved us a ton of money. They also recommended us to move a drain that was causing our basement to take on water, which also solved another problem for us! Again, I can’t recommend this company enough! Balmor Construction replaced an old leaking flat roof with fire rated plywood substrate at my home. They were very responsive and provided quality work and materials. The team was very professional and left my property very clean with no visible debris. The owner Hernan was very pleasant and responsive during the entire process including sending updated progress photos throught the roof replacement. I am very pleased and definately recommend them for roof work!
